Brick Lane Photographer’s Meet-Up
Sometimes we have to put the late night editing sessions aside and get out and about with our cameras in order to just enjoy being a photographer and forget about being a business owner once in a while. This is exactly what Craig and I did yesterday in Brick Lane area in the East end of London. This is an eclectic, edgy part of town and has a wealth of photographic opportunities. I think it would be a great location for an engagement session with a difference.
We met up with a number of fellow professional wedding photographers, some of which we had met before and some for the first time. During one of the many shared discussions it came to my attention that we are probably one of the few industries who would get together with those who are “competitors” to us. The truth is we can gain more from aligning ourselves with other photographers, refer weddings to one another and help out in times of emergency. Networking with people online is great, but nothing can beat face to face meet-ups where you get to know people on a personal level.

So inspiring! Thank you for sharing the idea, and great pictures!
Great pic, do you sell the images?
We have recently had one of our images licensed for use by an Ad Agency in the States. Yes please do contact us for usage / canvas prints.
I had a chance to wander around this area of London prior to a shoot in the city last week. Brick Lane is a great area still a bit gritty and thats what makes the difference.
All the best Grant
