Jen and Dom are two of our close friends we met in London.  With their vibrant personalities, it’s easy to feel relaxed and engaged in their company.  We’ve been fortunate enough to document some of their more important milestones including their Wedding in Mauritius and their first maternity shoot in Dorking when they were expecting Isabeau.

We decided on an early morning family maternity shoot in Ballito, Shaka’s Rock to be more precise.  As we both have young toddlers, getting up early is not an issue.  It really is worth it for the sunrise over the ocean alone.  The weather could not have been better.  It was a calm morning with a receding tide giving us access to the boulders that dot the coastline.  The scene was set, just add beautiful family.
